Yoga Therapy is defined by the International Association of Yoga Therapists as “the process of empowering individuals toward improved health and wellbeing through the application and the teaching of the practices of yoga.”

Rooted in ancient wisdom and connected with modern living, Yoga Therapy offers a one on one setting with a highly skilled practitioner to apply the teachings and practices of yoga and ayurveda therapeutically. Yoga therapy looks at the whole person including past experiences and health history, present state of health and lifestyle and future resolves. An individualized yoga practice is developed and may include physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation as well as other practices. Through the process of self discovery you may experience a decrease in suffering, an increase in vitality, a shift in the way you view your specific condition and live a life of improved health and wellbeing!*
